Sayen House and Garden Engagement Session | Veronica + Kevin

We haven’t been to Sayen Gardens in forever so we were pumped when Veronica & Kevin were into going there for  photos. We met them there on a pretty dreary at times rainy day, which is fine, we are able to work in all sorts of conditions. Sayen Gardens starts out in the woods and opens up to something out of a Monet painting. We placed these two in every picturesque nook and cranny that we could find.  Its always great to have such a proactive couple  and Veronica being a film producer in DC so we had some pretty big visions to work with. We have had so many fur babies involved with our photos and these guys were right on board bringing Betty along. Even though it wasn’t a super sunny perfect day, the photos are so much better in gloomy light and we caught the sparkly rain too. Like i said last post we have really been experimenting with color and Veronica and Kevin’s session was no exception. Can’t wait to hit their wedding out of the park at the Aldie Mansion next summer.
