Alycia & Jeff | Mansion at Ridley Creek State Park Wedding

We had double duty at Alycia & Jeffs wedding. When these guys and Alycias parents came to meet with us it was one of the most entertaining meetings we have had. We got to talking about how they wanted to do terrariums as centerpieces and looking around the room they saw just that. So Alycia, the non-traditionalist that she is, convinced everyone to let us do that for her wedding. We had to call in reinforcements. We gave a fellow photographer friend (and former client), Kaelyn, a call and she came to our aid (check out her site). While Matt & Kaelyn started out with them I set up the room. Looking at the pictures it was hard not to take a bad photo at the Ridley Creek Mansion. The grounds have an overgrown historic feel to them and they turned out absolutely beautiful. This was a really fun & unique wedding, from the flowers, centerpieces and Alycia dancing with her dad to a recording of her singing ‘Hero” when she was 9, to at some point during the night the groom breaking out two horse head masks (you’ll see 🙂 ).
