Brulee Catering by Chef Jean-Marie Lacroix | Food Photography

The other week I had the pleasure of photographing the new signature food dishes for Brulee Catering by Jean-Marie Lacroix.  Brulee Catering is the exclusive caterer at the Please Touch Museum, National Constitution Center, Masonic Temple of Philadelphia, Independence Visitors Center, Carpenters Hall & the Seaport Museum.  Luckily I was available to go down the street and photograph some beautiful dishes prepared by Chef Jean-Marie Lacroix and Chef Javier Cuesta.  I also grabbed some images of them preparing the dishes and some portraits of them.  They were extremely nice and easy to work with and we got plenty of images for them to use… Some of my favorites are below.  Enjoy the pictures!
