Tyler & Jayme were really great to work with. We met them at Sunnybrook Golf Club where Tyler works, hopped into golf carts and set off onto the green. There were a lot of interesting old trees and great views to work with. We got to use a lot of the different techniques we fancy since these guys were all about it and even pitched in ideas, which we absolutely love! Thanks Jayme & Tyler for being so sweet and fun to work with. We really appreciate your attitude and excitement. Can’t wait for the wedding! Enjoy.
Jacalyn & Olivier came down from North Jersey to meet up with us at Prophecy Creek Park. Spring has been late but the variety of buildings and early blooms made the park a splendid choice. These guys had already begun practicing when we arrivedso we got right to it. They were complete naturals! Olivier must have been on the same wave length as Matt as he kept finishing his sentences as to what he wanted to do next :). Its great when couples get excited about the techniques we use and just have fun with it. Thanks Jacalyn & Olivier for such a good time it was great getting to know you guys and we can’t wait for the wedding!
This is probably one of my favorite engagement shoots. Jane & Joe are an awesome couple. Jane is adorable, hailing from Ireland she works as a geneticist and Joe is a chemist working back and forth between Alaska and home. Needless to say our conversations got a little nerdyBut it was really neat to hear what they do on a day to day basis. We started out in Rittenhouse Square in Philadelphia. These guys must have been practicing because they were super easy to photograph, just taking it easy and making each other laugh at the situation. We then took a stroll over to the South Street Bridge, which Matt and I have never been on. We stopped here and there to grab some shots and when we finally reached the bridge it was worth the journey. It was such an amazing view of the city! Thanks Jane & Joe for a great time it was a pleasure getting to know you guys and we can’t wait to work with you again!
Moving right along into spring today’s post brings us back into Philadelphia for Meghan and Matt s engagement session. Matt is an architect so they wanted to go somewhere that expressed his passion. We found ourselves down in the city at the 2nd Bank on 4th & Chestnut. We were greeted by their adorable canine companions, who were almost as well behaved as their ownersIt turned out to be a pretty nice day and we wandered around over to Carpenters Hall and then over to Race St Pier but to our disappointment the cherry blossoms on Columbus Blvd seemed to had withered up with the unexpected frost so we made a last minute decision to run over to Kelly Drive and were able to capture a spectacular sunset so it was a total win on our partThanks Meghan & Matt for an awesome time we really enjoyed working with you guys and can’t wait for the wedding!
